1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform, website, and services of AI Startify (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Company Structure

The Service is provided by the following legal entities:

  • AI Startify, Inc. (Delaware, USA) — for international users and payments processed via Stripe.
  • Influencers LLP (Kazakhstan) — for users located in Kazakhstan and local payment processing.

3. Description of Services and Partner Interaction

AI Startify provides a digital ecosystem for structuring and developing startup projects. The Service acts as an information intermediary, offering a platform for interaction between project creators and interested parties, including investors, venture funds, development institutions, and other partners.

4. Data Processing and Transfer Rights

By using the Service and submitting project information, the User agrees to the following data processing terms:

  • Analytical Processing: AI Startify may collect, structure, and analyze User-provided data to improve AI algorithms, analyze market trends, and personalize the Service.
  • Project Development Support: The User explicitly consents to the sharing of their project data (including contact information and idea descriptions) with third-party partner organizations, including venture funds, accelerators, potential investors, and other commercial or expert entities that have cooperation agreements with AI Startify.
  • Information Support and Relevant Offers: AI Startify and its partners may use the provided data to deliver targeted offers, inform Users about new opportunities, products, or services relevant to their project development.
  • Confidentiality of Transfer: Data sharing is conducted in accordance with internal security protocols and agreements between AI Startify and its partners.

5. AI Technologies and Disclaimer of Accuracy

  • Proprietary Infrastructure: Data processing is performed using proprietary AI models and private infrastructure operated by AI Startify.
  • Third-Party Services Disclaimer: If the User utilizes third-party AI services, the User is solely responsible for data security within those systems.
  • No Professional Advice: Any content generated by AI or published on the platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.
  • AI Limitations: The User acknowledges that AI may generate inaccurate or fabricated information. AI Startify shall not be liable for any losses resulting from reliance on such content.

6. Marketplace Visibility and Intellectual Property

  • Publication: After moderation, key project parameters may be published and made accessible to verified partners.
  • Parallel Ideas: Due to the nature of AI and the scale of the platform, other users may develop similar ideas. AI Startify is not responsible for such overlaps.
  • Security Recommendation: Users are strongly advised not to disclose detailed know-how or patentable technologies in public descriptions.

7. Service Intellectual Property

All elements of the platform (including software code, interfaces, AI algorithms, and trademarks) are the property of AI Startify. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with the selected subscription plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • AI Startify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment opportunities.
  • AI Startify is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or decisions of any third parties (including investors, funds, or partners) who gain access to User data under these Terms.
  • The total liability of AI Startify for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the Service during the previous 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms and Pricing

AI Startify reserves the right to modify these Terms, subscription pricing, and monetization models at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • AI Startify, Inc.: Governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
  • Influencers LLP: Governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes shall be resolved at the location of the defendant.
