AI Startify, Inc. and Influencers LLP (collectively, "AI Startify") respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our platform and services (the "Service").
This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service available on the AI Startify website. By using the Service, you agree to both this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
1. Structure and Governing Law
Depending on your location and payment method, your data controller is:
- AI Startify, Inc. (Delaware, USA) — for international users. Processing is governed by U.S. laws (including applicable state laws).
- Influencers LLP (Kazakhstan) — for users located in Kazakhstan. Processing is governed by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection".
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Data: Name, email address, login credentials
- Project Data: Startup descriptions, financial metrics, development plans, and other information you submit through the platform
- Communications: Support requests and correspondence with us
2.2 Automatically Collected Data
- IP address, device and browser type, usage data, cookies, and analytics data
- We use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, analyze behavior, and enhance platform performance.
2.3 Payment Data
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe or local Kazakhstan providers)
- We do not store full credit card details on our servers
3. Data Processing and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Local Processing: Your data is processed using proprietary LLM models on AI Startify's private infrastructure
- No Third-Party AI APIs: We do not transfer your data to external generative AI services (such as OpenAI API) as part of the core platform functionality
- User-Owned External Tools: If you use third-party tools, such data is governed by those providers. We only access data you explicitly submit into our platform
We process personal data based on the following legal grounds: your consent; performance of a contract; legitimate interests (service improvement, analytics, security); compliance with legal obligations.
4. Purpose of Use and Data Sharing with Partners
- Project Development Support: You explicitly consent that your project data (after moderation) may be shared with third-party partners, including venture funds, accelerators, angel investors, and other commercial or expert organizations collaborating with AI Startify
- Marketing and Analytics: We may use your data (including anonymized forms) for market research, targeted advertising, and to provide relevant offers from us or our partners
- AI Improvement: Aggregated data may be used to train and improve our internal AI models
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
5. Marketplace Visibility
- Private Mode: While your project is in draft, it is visible only to you and platform administrators
- Marketplace Mode: After moderation and approval, key project data becomes accessible to verified partners
You control the scope of information you choose to disclose.
6. Data Storage and Security
- Retention: We retain data as long as your account is active or as required by law
- Cross-Border Transfers: By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States, Kazakhstan, and other jurisdictions where our infrastructure operates
- Security Measures: We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; however, no system is completely secure
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct or delete your data
- Restrict processing or withdraw consent (which may limit your ability to use the Service)
